DoseThreadREVENUE OPERATIONS

FOR BILLING FIRMS · STARTING WITH PSYCHIATRY

Close the loop
on drug revenue.

One clinic has a missing claim. Another is waiting on records. A third needs an explanation.
Give your team one place to finish the review.

Keep the systems your clinics already use. Qualify their exports, then bring the evidence together.

LESS RECONSTRUCTING. MORE REVIEWING.

From scattered records
to an explainable close.

01 / COLLECT

Ask for what is missing.

Keep original files, see source gaps and prepare a clinic-specific request. Saved mappings reduce repeat setup.

02 / REVIEW

Follow the treatment.

Compare supplied drug, treatment, claim and payment records. Assign the exception and inspect the source evidence.

03 / CLOSE

Hand over a defensible report.

A reviewer signs off the scope and conclusion. Later changes mark the saved report as historical, so the team knows to recheck it.

A TWO-MINUTE LOOK

What happens when
the records disagree?

Explore three fictional cases. This is a guided example of the review process, with no live patient data or payment connection.

Next step

BUILT AROUND THE BILLER

Your client portfolio.
A repeatable review.

Start where the work repeats: clinics using different practice systems, clearinghouses and supply channels, with your team assembling the same evidence each month.

Usually a good starting point

  • A firm serving 10–40 relevant clinics
  • A named person chasing records and reviewing drug exceptions
  • Permission to obtain the original exports
  • A buyer willing to measure the complete task

If your current tools already finish this job well, keep them. DoseThread must earn its place by removing enough work.

A SMALL FIRST COMMITMENT. A CLEAR DECISION.

Prove the workflow
before expanding it.

RECURRING FIRM LICENSE · PROPOSED

$2,500 / month

Includes ten active clinics.

$150/month for each additional active clinic. Your staff review the exceptions; one agreed review cycle is included.

Unusual onboarding, extra cycles, historical cleanup, custom connections and managed review are separately scoped.

An active clinic is one whose agreed period is processed that month. A written order defines scope and measured capacity. No payment is collected here.

Now booking workflow demonstrations. Patient-data pilots start only after the actual source files, product rules, agreements and operating environment are approved.

USE YOUR OWN NUMBERS

Does the work justify
the price?

Illustration only. Released time is capacity value unless it actually reduces paid labor or avoids a hire. No savings are established yet.

Avoid counting the same hours twice. A clinic’s recovered dollars are not all retained by its billing firm.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before we talk.

Will DoseThread work with our software?

File-first intake supports CSV/TSV, spreadsheets, supported PDFs/images and 835 remittances in the workspace. Interpretation needs confirmation. We qualify representative exports from each source; we do not claim every vendor is connected. A scoped API and private engine are available for partner qualification.

Does it replace our EHR, clearinghouse or inventory system?

No. DoseThread is a review layer around supplied records. It does not submit claims, obtain authorizations, prescribe treatment or replace bedside inventory controls.

Can it guarantee recovered revenue?

No. An exception is a reason to investigate. A payer response is not a verified bank deposit. We measure review work and require supporting evidence before reporting an outcome.

Can we upload patient records today?

The current product demonstration uses fictional data. Do not send patient records through this page, email or the demo. A live pilot requires an approved environment, source authority, agreements and specialist validation.

Business information only. No patient names, IDs, dates of birth, claims, clinical details or attachments.

An inquiry is not an order, a payment or approval to send records.

Inquiry privacy

DoseThread uses your business email, firm name and selected answers to assess and respond to your request. Contact information is stored in a restricted, encrypted inquiry database on the Sites hosting service. We do not sell inquiry information or add advertising trackers to this page. No patient records or file uploads are accepted here.

Inquiries are available to the authorized DoseThread operator for up to 90 days. Expired records are removed when the service next processes an inquiry or opens the private inbox; the operator also reviews retention. To correct or remove your inquiry, submit another request using the same work email and choose “Correct/remove an existing inquiry.” We will verify email ownership before acting. A dedicated domain contact address will be added when available.
